When the man is ready to experience an erection, he squeezes the valve that is contained in his scrotum. This allows fluid to be released into the penis from the abdomen where it is stored. When this last type of penile implant the erection is larger and feels very natural. It is a complicated surgical procedure but many men consider it will worth the time and the discomfort.
